In other words, you can say that some of the sprinters are bound to go for harder sprint training for the same outcome. Competing in various other sports including soccer, rugby and tennis is a better choice for the sake of improving the stamina.

Stretching is another thing, which is taught in speed training. It not only helps you from getting sore but also makes you flexible. Therefore you must do it before the race and it is great if you stretch after the race to reduce soreness. If you are a beginner, then it would create pain after you run and it is suggested to have sports cream for the help.

You should pump the arms and legs fully while running as pumping of the arms give faster pace. But be aware, do not pump them up-down-up, it puts you in trouble.
