often, we vacation in countries wher the hotel are fabulous, the sunshine is great but we do not realize that most people living in these countries blessed with great climate live in very poor conditions. Next time you travel you might want to consider leaving a little space in your suitcase for gifts and stuff to give away to the local people. The smile on their face when you hand them your small donations will probably make you feel better than all the costly activities you participated in during your vacation.
There are so may ways to help in poor countries, giving a dollar can help a family get food for an entire week. try it next time you go on vacation, the eye opening experience you will live will be worth more than the entire trip.
After all, it’s all about connecting to others and making a difference!
